Statistics are gathered by Convertkit regarding email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies so Modern Medicine Lady LLC can monitor and improve correspondence and to make the newsletter more engaging for customers. If you choose to correspond through email, Modern Medicine Lady LLC may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. When you fill out a contact form the information you voluntarily share will be held confidentially for the sole purpose of communication between you and Modern Medicine Lady LLC.
When you submit a contact form to Modern Medicine Lady LLC you are given a choice whether you wish to be added to Jen’s mailing list or not. Your email address is only added when you say yes. If you simply fill out a contact form your email goes directly to Jen, and a copy of the form lands on this server until it is reviewed and deleted.
How We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?
Modern Medicine Lady LLC strongly discourages you from using email to send any sensitive information such as credit card information or any compromising details that could make you vulnerable. To be clear, email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, modern medicine lady does not encourage sending private information by email. Doing so is at your own risk. Some of the information you may enter on our Web site may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit Card information is never transmitted via email and is always processed using authorize.net through the secure WooCommerce Plugin
Purchase Information
When you purchase anything from Modern Medicine Lady LLC, such as an online course, 1:1 programs, oracle decks, or any other service or product, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our customer relations management system provided by ConvertKit and WooComerce. This is data is protected by industry standard security mechanisms. We keep this data so that we can verify your purchases and provide customer service for programs which you have purchased. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
What we collect and store when you purchase anything on this site
We use the plugin Woo Commerce to collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
